Membership in CWN is by invitation. Eligibility is based on a combination of education (post-high school) and/or professional experience totaling a minimum of seven years.

Membership in CWN is open to women pursuing a professional or business career in the Middle Georgia area who have qualities that include:

• Recognition: Women who are recognized by their peers as successful and/or leaders or future leaders in their field.
• Leadership: Women who have demonstrated increasing involvement in work-related activity.
• Influence: Women at middle or upper-level of decision making who have a support base of personal talent, human resources, organizations or women identified as having potential for gaining such influence.
